Estimated Delivery Time
- Sea Freight: 25–40 business days
- Air Freight: 10–18 business days

Customs, Duties & Taxes
- Any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges in the USA are the customer’s responsibility.
- Our store is not responsible for these additional charges.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email.
- Tracking updates may take 3–5 business days to become active.
Undeliverable or Refused Shipments
- If a customer provides an incorrect address or refuses delivery, additional reshipping charges may apply.
- In case of customs clearance failure, all related charges will be borne by the customer.
Damaged or Lost Items
- If an item is damaged or lost during delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- After proper verification (photos/videos), a replacement or appropriate resolution will be provided.
